Job Description

3-5+ years eCommerce management experience, preferably within the retail or consumer goods space
Will manage the product catalog for the eCommerce site, 3rd party marketplaces, and listings for the directory site
Responsible for all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Will lead collaboration across teams and services, including 3rd party digital marketing and development agency
Ability to stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and best practices.
Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
Knowledge of website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce
Experience with online marketing and social media.
Role will be 100% IN OFFICE
