Responsibilities

  • Build features and processes for both large and small-scale websites
  • Maintain coding consistency throughout the website lifecycle, including the design, definition and build phases
  • Ensure that visitors to our sites have an easy and enjoyable browsing experience
  • Be in charge of development resources to ensure servers and other assets are properly managed and maintained
  • Work with marketing team to understand and maintain integrated technologies (such as Zapier, Salesforce, Optimizely, Marketo)
  • Ensure readability and provide quality control across all browsers and devices
  • Work with team to ensure all developed assets, systems, and servers have the ideal security measures applied
  • Collaborate with others to ensure that digital tracking and measuring tools are implemented
  • Troubleshoot any site issues and stay up-to-date on current and emerging technologies, standards and trends

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • BS/MS degree in computer science (or related field) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in professional website development and optimization
  • Superior knowledge of HTML5, CSS, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL
  • Superior knowledge of Wordpress/CMS and similar content management systems
  • Skilled in responsive web design + ability to provide maximum consistency among a large array of browsers and devices
  • Understanding of SEO framework and best practices
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation software (creating landing pages, forms, and email templates)

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

  • Developing within Marketo (or equivalent) experience strongly preferred
  • Salesforce (or other CRM) familiarity
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments/testing
  • Comfortable with using GSuite and Monday.Com (sprint/backlog) to manage projects
