They are looking for a Territory Manager to help increase sales revenue and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. You will have a current book of business that you will visit at a minimum quarterly and possibly more depending on the situation. The goal is to have accounts across as many different industries as possible!
New business prospecting will take up the majority of your time. You need to keep an ongoing list of prospective business and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate important business issues and opportunities to appropriate departments and management.
- Develop strong business relationships with customers and provide a solid understanding of their needs.
- Responsible for the development and management of property management segment.
- Develop and manage reporting and communication results to management.
- Identify new product opportunities
- Provide territory and market information to better develop sales and marketing efforts.
- Provide service and product knowledge to the specified channel, through the use of gathering information on the customer’ s business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing.
- Utilize a strategic and consultative sales approach to deliver value-added business solutions.
Compensation:
- Base Salary paid every other Thursday
- Car Allowance
- Sales Commission
- Increase in Business Commission
- New Business Commission
- Cell Phone Reimbursement up to $100
- Travel Expenses Reimbursement
