Temporary Receptionist

Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our clients often have an immediate need for a Temporary Receptionist. This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for guests and phone calls, providing general administrative support and assisting with special projects.
  • Professionally welcome all clients and guests. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate party.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate conference room schedule
  • Receive, review and prioritize all incoming correspondence
  • Assist with company event planning
  • Compile marketing materials

  • 1+ years previous front desk or administrative support experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills and knowledge
  • Excellent attendance record in previous positions
  • Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
