Temporary Office Manager
Our client is looking for someone to temporarily join their team to assist their office with general administrative and accounting support.


Major Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guests as they arrive and assisting with check-in/out processes
  • Answering and directing calls throughout the office
  • Timecard entry for weekly payroll
  • Maintaining a tidy office and break room
  • Preparing and coordinating board meetings
  • Prepare and update marketing materials for the office
  • Order nametags, office supplies and catered lunch for the employees
  • Data entry for company paperwork
  • Working within invoicing - data entry, matching, billing

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support position
  • Ability to work in-office, be punctual, and be a friendly face to greet the office!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Suite and Paychex
