Temporary Administrative Assistants

Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Communicating directly with clients to address requests
  • Assisting in planning team and community events
  • Coordinating management travel arrangements
  • Coordinating office organization and maintaining supplies
  • Greeting visitors, vendors and clients
  • Preparing and managing expense reports for management
  • Editing and proofreading meeting materials, putting together agendas
  • Managing conference room calendar
  • Processing and entering data
  • Entering and preparing customer orders
  • Generating sales reports

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with administrative support
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and proofreading skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Professional, respectful demeanor
  • Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high volume of projects while meeting deadlines
