Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone inquiries and providing information to employees
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders
- Organizing and filing employee records
- Coordinating background checks and drug screens
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of office experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills;Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A warm and friendly personality
