Corporate Technical Recruiter
Kansas City Metro | Hybrid Schedule | Full-Time, Direct Hire

We’re partnering with a growing, mission-driven organization to help them hire a Corporate Technical Recruiter to join their HR team. This full-cycle recruiting role will focus on technical hiring needs across the business, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and consultative support for hiring managers. Based in the Kansas City metro with a flexible hybrid schedule, this is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from intake to offer

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on market trends

  • Source and engage passive candidates through various channels and platforms

  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on hiring strategies, process improvements, and special projects

  • Stay up to date on recruiting best practices and contribute to a strong candidate experience

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience

  • Software industry experience strongly preferred

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and strategies

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;consult with hiring managers and influence decision-making when needed
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to pivot between projects
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
