Responsibilities:
- Perform key accounting functions, such as AP, AR, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Excel in preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and schedules following GAAP guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze financial data, resolve issues, and enhance decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations to mitigate risks.
- Support annual audits with documentation and assistance as needed.
- Lead process improvements to boost efficiency in accounting operations.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
- 0-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA is a plus.
