Job Description

A local, well-established, employee-owned company is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to lead the optimization, administration, and continuous improvement of their HR systems. This position will serve as the go-to expert for HRIS strategy, data integrity, reporting, and process automation. The organization is currently in the middle of a large-scale optimization project, making this an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys tackling complex challenges and driving meaningful improvements. This role also offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and two fully remote!

Responsibilities
  • Oversee configuration, functionality, and data integrity of the organization’s HRIS platform
  • Partner with HR and IT leaders to manage integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for system optimization and ongoing project initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and reports that translate HR data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Conduct audits of HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvement
  • Maintain and document HRIS procedures, configurations, and user guides
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on HRIS operations and best practices
  • Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and consultants to ensure successful system performance
  • Support HR operations with reporting, analysis, and process improvements tied to key business objectives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, information systems, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HRIS administration experience required;experience with Dayforce highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, system integrations, and data governance
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards, metrics, and analytics for decision support
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting HR system optimization projects a plus
