This individual will play a critical role in shaping corporate strategy, optimizing a recurring revenue business model, and ensuring scalable financial infrastructure to support continued growth.

The SVP of Finance & Accounting will lead all aspects of accounting, financial planning & analysis, and treasury management. This individual will play a critical role in shaping corporate strategy, optimizing a recurring revenue business model, and ensuring scalable financial infrastructure to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic planning and organizational direction
- Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance
- Lead treasury management, including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and capital strategy
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning aligned with growth initiatives
- Build and refine financial models supporting a recurring revenue business model
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial goals with business performance
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required;CPA required
- 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Proven experience in a recurring revenue environment preferred
- Deep expertise in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, and treasury functions
- Track record of success operating at the executive level and influencing strategic outcomes
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate effectively with Board and stakeholders
- Experience scaling financial operations in a high-growth environment preferred
