Our client, a rapidly growing and well-known Kansas City company, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions within the construction and engineering industry. This role offers the chance to source and recruit top talent for a variety of roles while also driving sourcing strategies and recruitment innovations. This role will be 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and direct outreach to build pipelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and develop strong relationships with leaders across the organization.
  • Assist in career fairs, networking with alumni, and supporting campus recruiting as needed.
  • Participate in the implementation of the new ATS system, ensuring smooth integration by mid-year.
  • Occasionally travel to site locations to better understand hiring needs and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage 25-30 requisitions at a time, ensuring an efficient, high-touch candidate experience.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or a similar industry.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates using various recruitment tools.
  • Experience managing and developing long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, with experience in UKG.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while remaining adaptable and collaborative.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to job sites and office locations to engage with hiring managers.
