Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be skilled in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing reports, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and be skilled in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced setting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing reports, supporting month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee general ledger activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Assist with cost accounting, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing margin analysis.

Maintain and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing documentation and analysis as required.

Utilize and optimize ERP systems for financial reporting and process efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.

3+ years of accounting experience;manufacturing experience preferred.

Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)

Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
