Are you a positive, friendly, “ Go-Getter,” who thrives on serving in a central role, responsible for a diversity of tasks? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, self-motivated Seasonal Office Administrator at one of our clients in Lee’ s Summit!

As Seasonal Office Administrator, you will organize and coordinate all administrative aspects of day-to-day activities for smooth company operations. This role also provides high-level communications and project support for the HR team.

Job Duties Include:
  • Admit and greet visitors and employees, supply badges, direct proper access
  • Calendar management for leadership team
  • Assist management and human resources with accurate, prompt database tracking
  • Manage special projects and coordinate and collaborate with other team members.
  • Assist with organizing employee onboarding events
  • Develop and create various materials in preparation for hiring, leadership, and other related meetings
  • Order office and breakroom supplies
  • Open, route and respond to mail correspondence

  • Self-motivated, team-player
  • Represent self and company in a professional and positive manner
  • Strong decision-making skills, detail-oriented and analytical
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service. Must work well in a team environment, with exceptional communication skills; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers, community members and other stakeholders
  • Must work well under pressure, have excellent organizational abilities, able to set and meet deadlines, and manage several priorities in a day
  • Ability to uphold highest standards of confidentiality
