Sales Operations Manager
Are you the kind of person who sees patterns in chaos, thrives on making systems work better, and knows how to turn data into action? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager who’s equal parts strategist, analyst, and team player. This isn’t just a support role—it’s the heartbeat of our sales engine.

You’ll be the go-to expert behind the scenes, partnering with sales leaders to streamline operations, sharpen strategy, and drive real results. From CRM oversight and forecasting to performance reporting and sales enablement, you'll play a key role in helping our high-performing sales team hit their goals—and then some.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Make Things Flow: Optimize every stage of the sales process—from first contact to final close—so the team can spend less time on admin and more time closing deals.
  • Data = Power: Build dashboards, dig into KPIs, and uncover insights that influence big decisions. Your reports won’t just sit in inboxes—they’ll shape strategy.
  • Own the Tech Stack: Be the guardian of the CRM. Train the team, clean the data, and make sure the system’s working as hard as they are.
  • Fuel the Team: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and customer support to keep the sales team armed with the right tools, training, and intel.
  • Plan to Win: Help design smart comp plans and lead the charge on forecasting and territory mapping that makes sense.
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years in sales operations, revenue ops, or a similar role where you’ve driven meaningful change
  • A sharp analytical mind and a love for data—especially when it leads to better outcomes
  • Mastery of CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and comfort with tools like Excel or Tableau
  • A knack for translating numbers into action and strategy into execution
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to work with both big-picture thinkers and detail-oriented doers
  • Bonus points for experience designing sales comp plans or leading CRM rollouts
