Sales Operations Coordinator

Our client is looking for a positive, motivated, and dependable team player to join their growing company in Overland Park as a Sales Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be working directly with the Sales team to provide operational support for administrative and sales activities. You will contribute directly to the overall success of the organization by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of delivery proposals and orders along with other administrative and sales activities.

Requirements:
  • Positive, goal-oriented, and flexible team player
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage their own workload with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
  • A laptop for business use to provide mobility in the office and remote work
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous sales or administrative experience
  • ConnectWise and Sell knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely proposal generation and order processing using ConnectWise and Sell
  • Develop knowledge of SharePoint to accurately track Statement of Work documents
  • Executive orders and provide delivery information to team members and customers
  • Track customer maintenance renewals
  • Proofread and edit proposals and Statement of Work documents as needed
  • Coordinate communication with other departments to obtain Bill of Materials and Statement of Work information needed to develop proposals
  • Track expiration deadlines for all sales-related activities including special pricing approval, deal registration, and renew prior to expiration as requested
  • Communicate with Sales Operations team members frequently to ensure actives and responsibilities are assigned and completed effectively
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to correct department or party as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency to procedures by offering new ideas and solutions
  • Complete product and vendor training and certifications as assigned
