Sales Planner & Project Manager (Part-Time | Hybrid | Overland Park, KS)
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and detail-loving doer to step into a Sales Planner & Project Manager role that sits at the heart of commercial execution. If you love connecting dots across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ops—and turning plans into performance—this one’s for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with Sales and Finance to build quarterly and annual sales plans
- Monitor performance vs. Forecast and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Own timelines and execution of sales initiatives, product launches, and retailer programs
- Enhance tools, trackers, and dashboards that drive smart decision-making
- Support customer-facing materials like pitch decks and presentations
- Serve as a key liaison across departments, making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales planning, commercial operations, or project management
- Excel-savvy and confident using tools like PowerPoint and Monday.Com
- A natural at juggling competing priorities without missing a beat
- Strong communicator with a knack for making the complex feel clear
- Bonus if you’ve worked in fast-paced, product-driven environments
Schedule: 20–30+ hours/week (can vary, and hours are flexible)
Location: Hybrid –must be based in the Kansas City metro for consideration.
