Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams to optimize sales processes and initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales and sales leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of senior living or healthcare-related sales experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business results
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the senior living or healthcare industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
