With a team of up to ten outside sales professionals under your guidance, you’ll have the chance to transform their good results into extraordinary achievements. What You’ll Do:
  • Coach & Develop: Be the mentor your team needs, focusing on sales script mastery and process optimization to sharpen their skills and improve performance.
  • Lead with Impact: Establish a results-driven culture where success is celebrated, and challenges are opportunities for growth.
  • Empower Your Team: Support your salespeople with warm leads and equip them with the tools to close deals effectively—no high-pressure tactics here.
  • Drive Results: Bring your proven training expertise to help your team maximize efficiency and elevate their daily performance.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Proven Success: At least 2-5 years of successful sales management experience, leading teams to measurable results.
  • Hands-On Leadership: You’re not afraid to get into the trenches and lead by example while remaining a coach at heart.
  • Training Expertise: Experience with structured sales training programs like Sandler Sales Training, SPIN Selling, or similar methodologies is a plus.
  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years in B2C, B2B, or in-home sales, with in-home sales experience being a strong advantage.
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn proprietary CRM tools.
