Job Description

Partner with a top notch HR team in this one year contract consultant role. Primary focus in this role will be to manage a large group of contingent/consultant work force. This role is full-time with one day in the office.

Responsibilities in the role include:
  • Onboarding and offboarding new consultants in Workday system
  • Manage contracts, work with vendors, extend job offers as well as end assignments
  • Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed, and equipment is ordered and ready for the consultant to start in the position
  • Keep Workday updated and accurate throughout the employee life cycle
  • Evaluate current processes and procedures, and suggest improvements and enhancements
  • Streamline and improve the administrative process for hiring, onboarding and managing consultant workforce
  • Create reports and tracking information for leadership
  • Other HR related projects as needed
Experience needed in the role:
  • Previous experience managing consultant/contingent work forces
  • Onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS systems - Workday a huge plus!
  • Good attention to detail, organization skills and computer skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change as the organization changes
  • Ability to commit to a year long contract role, part time hours- 25-30 hours per week
