Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify talent for professional level positions.
- Manage requisitions through Applicant Tracking System.
- Collaborate with team to develop college recruiting initiatives.
- Excellent communication and follow-through is expected to ensure candidates are engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Provide metrics and data to hiring managers as requested.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' previous experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
