Job Description

If you are looking for a fast paced, high volume recruiting position, this may be the perfect job for you. Join and established HR team and help in their efforts to attract and hire the best talent. This is a 3-4 month contract recruiting job, and will primarily be focused in hiring entry level to mid level talent in a manufacturing/production environment.

Some duties this position will include:
  • Full cycle recruiting - source resumes, screen and interview candidates, extend job offers and onboard new employees
  • Manage applicant tracking database, write job postings
  • Work with managers to determine their hiring needs and backgrounds needed to fill their open positions
  • Keep candidates and managers updated and informed throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to find new talent
Requirements for this position:
  • 1-2 years previous full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting entry level candidates in a high volume recruiting environment
  • Good relationship builder, ability to connect and establish trust with candidates and managers
  • Awesome communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Good technology skills, ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Manufacturing or production recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to commit to a 3-4 month contract position
