Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Temporary Recruiter to its HR team. This contract opportunity will provide coverage during a leave of absence and is expected to run through the end of the year. The role will focus primarily on high-volume recruiting for hourly production and operations positions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly production, warehouse, maintenance, and operations positions
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements
- Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding activities
- Maintain candidate records and updates within the HRIS/ATS system
- Verify I-9 documentation and support compliance requirements
- Respond to applicant and employee inquiries related to recruiting and hiring
- Support internal promotion and employee movement processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or high-volume hiring environments is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred
- Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment
