Job Description
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment in Kansas City, MO. This individual will partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire talent across a variety of positions while helping ensure an efficient hiring process. This is an onsite role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through a variety of recruiting channels.
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in recruiting initiatives and hiring events as needed.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Help drive an efficient and positive hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Previous full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches while balancing competing priorities.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
