Receptionist
Kansas City, MO
Our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts. For more than 40 years, they have serviced clients across the United States. They are committed to providing high quality service to their clients as well as their employees. They emphasize the importance of culture, teamwork, and flexibility for all employees. They are currently looking to add a Receptionist to their team during their peak season!
Major Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all main line phone calls
- Welcome all guests and visitors to our office
- Maintain visitor log and badges
- Receive incoming mail and deliveries
- Sort and distribute mail to all employees
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets for accounting department
- Data entry of check payments and deposits
- Ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements for the Role
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality!
- Self-motivation and eagerness to jump in and help when needed
- Strong customer service
- Positive attitude
- Understanding of Microsoft Office products
Work Conditions
- Full-time in office
- Monday –Friday;8am –5pm
