Role Overview: As a Receptionist at our client company, you'll play a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Key Responsibilities:
- Extend a friendly welcome to visitors in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and ITS Department to promptly report any phone issues.
- Organize outgoing invoices and manage mailing operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming mail and distribute it to the right recipients.
- Issue temporary identification badges to visitors and vendors, ensuring all are logged in the Envoy system.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for the Receptionist Back-Up role.
- Act decisively during emergencies, coordinating employee safety measures.
- Play a vital role in team efforts, contributing to diverse tasks and projects.
- Provide valuable assistance to the HR department in projects and mass mailings as required.
