Job Description


Our client is searching for a proactive and forward-thinking multitasker to join their team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats and will excel at completing tasks in a collaborative and efficient manner.



Responsibilities:
  • Support research projects' logistical elements alongside other Project Managers.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, packing, and shipping of project supplies.
  • Assist with IT support, including tracking, testing, and updating travel computers.
  • Provide on-site project support, including participant registration, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Document project details and maintain electronic files.
  • Respect and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold company's reputation for professionalism and high-quality work.
  • Assist Senior Project Managers with pre/post-project tasks as needed.



Qualifications:
  • College degree and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to travel 2-3 times monthly for 3-4 days and work extended hours/weekends when necessary.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing customer service and professionalism.
  • Background in fast-paced business environments with a focus on detail-oriented teamwork.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Proficient in Windows 10 or higher, Zoom, and other cloud-based services.
  • Competent in MS365 Applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective project management skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion.
  • Preferred experience in event planning.
