ERP - Technical Project Manager
Morgan Hunter is one of the oldest, largest, and most recognizable recruiting firms in the Kansas City Metro. We specialize in locating and evaluating high-performing professionals for direct hire, temporary and temp-to-hire positions on behalf of local and national organizations.
We are actively seeking a fulltime employee to lead and Project Manage all ERP actively related to upgrades, maintenance and modifications to our client's ERP system. You will be a key member of the team supporting a system used by hundreds of employees daily and helping the company succeed and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for an instance of Infor CloudSuite Industries Syteline. (Epicore or other similar ERP's are an option!)
- You will be the point of contact with the manufacturer of this ERP, will lead all projects, oversee, make suggestions and become the resident expert on everything related to this ERP installation.
- This project manager will ideally come from a technology background, either Development or Systems, bringing a deeper knowledge of this software and how and why it functions the way it does.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years experience, leading ERP related projects or directly involved in Installations and maintenance of same or similar ERP's.
- Manufacturing background is preferred so you bring an understanding of how users access and enter information into this systems daily, the functions of their jobs and the ability to foresee issues and plan appropriately.
- A strong communicator who can work with executive teams, users, technical people and the software company.
