Job Description
Our client is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations by developing production employees, driving operational performance, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality. This role requires a hands on leader who can coach teams, improve processes, and collaborate across departments to support a high performing manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly production employees.
- Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
- Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to support equipment reliability and efficient operations.
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing training, communication, and performance coaching to production employees.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and plant performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Assist with department planning, budgeting, and capital improvement projects.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to support overall plant performance.
- High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, heavy industrial, or a related production environment.
- Experience leading hourly production employees in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze production performance and drive operational improvements.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing or process control systems.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
