Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, contract execution, and ongoing vendor performance management.
- Implement best-in-class procurement practices that drive savings, improve service delivery, and reduce risk across departments and business units.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to internal stakeholders, guiding them through purchasing decisions, budget alignment, and operational needs.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain dynamics to anticipate risks and identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Design and enforce procurement policies and workflows that ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, training, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and spend reporting—ensuring financial stewardship and long-term value creation.
- Engage with regional business partners and industry peers to expand supplier diversity and unlock innovation through competitive sourcing.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
- Recognized certifications such as CPPB, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier performance frameworks.
- Solid understanding of procurement technology platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re comfortable leading negotiations, building consensus, and presenting to executives.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling procurement operations that align with both compliance and innovation goals.
