Job Overview: As the Payroll Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processes. Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify timekeeping records for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Compliance:
- Stay current with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Ensure all payroll processes adhere to legal requirements.

Recordkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and concerns from employees.

Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future payroll errors.

Reporting:
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager, preferably using advanced payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
