Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Marketing Specialist –Customer Experience to join their team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys collaborating across departments, improving the customer journey, and supporting retail marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, operations, retail teams, and external vendors to help deliver a consistent, engaging customer experience while supporting key marketing and merchandising programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer experience and loyalty initiatives by monitoring customer survey responses and coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends, providing insights and recommendations that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain customer-facing standards and manage monthly retail audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the retail merchandise program, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution to ensure stores maintain an appropriate and relevant product assortment.
- Manage store signage requests by working with vendors and ensuring all materials align with brand standards and customer experience expectations.
- Assist with customer communications, data management, and operational processes that support marketing and retail initiatives.
- Travel occasionally for training and to provide support at additional locations as needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, retail merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Experience supporting operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- General marketing knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
