Morgan Hunter specializes in locating and evaluating high-performing individuals on behalf of some of Kansas City’ s most respected organizations. Our client has an immediate need for an Administrative Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for arranging all travel logistics and coordinating daily business activities.
Currently seeking a motivated, talented, energetic Executive Assistant to support two of the top executives in the organization. Prior administrative experience is a must, although 2-3 years is enough if you meet the qualifications below.
Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8-5pm (some flexibility)
- Can be described as someone who’ s always two steps ahead
- Great with time management and prioritizing a large workload
- Comfortable handling travel arrangements
- Professional and enjoys engaging with clients and being a liaison
- Willing to attend meetings on behalf of Executive when needed
- Great with calendar management
- Eager to grow and learn
- Seeking upward mobility in an organization that offers longevity
- Willing to wear many hats
- Can assist with planning companywide events
