Position: Operations/Sales Support Coordinator

Our client has an immediate need for an Operations/Sales Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing top notch customer service, working directly with the sales team to provide administrative support.
  • Work in CRM to generate sales proposals and process customer orders
  • Track account renewals and generate renewal proposals on behalf of sales team
  • Track Statement of Work documents in SharePoint
  • Update internal teams with project information and timelines to ensure project completion deadlines are met
  • Proofread and edit proposal documents
  • Enter all customer orders including products, costs, terms and delivery details
  • Check all order for accuracy and confirm details directly with customers
  • Address and solve customer concerns until a solution is met
  • Process new customer account information
  • Work directly with vendors to negotiate pricing options
  • Proactively identify improvement areas and managing project of correction

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree and 3-5 years related experience
  • Previous experience with customer service or sales support
  • Ability to proactively resolve issues and questions
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and communication professionally
