Sales Support Coordinator

Our client has an immediate need for a Sales Support Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing top notch customer service, working directly with the sales team to provide administrative support.
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone calls and emails
  • Monitor inventory levels and updating internal systems with inventory information
  • Update sales team regarding order status and product availability
  • Arrange freight for warehouse shipments, work with warehouse teams and distribute information to freight brokers
  • Verify pricing accuracy on customer orders
  • Update and maintain price lists
  • Send order tickets to accounting for invoicing
  • Generate sales reports using Excel
  • Work in CRM to generate sales proposals
  • Check all orders for accuracy and confirm details directly with customers
  • Follow annual budget and detailed customer pricing information
  • Provide additional administrative and project support as requested

  • Previous customer service or sales support experience required
  • Proficiency in Excel, including use of Pivot tables
  • High attention to detail
