Morgan Hunter is partnering with a local organization to add an Office Manager to support their front office operations. This role will be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for both employees and visitors while keeping daily operations running smoothly. The team is looking for someone who brings both strong organizational skills and a warm, positive presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet clients and guests
- Answer and direct incoming calls and handle mail and deliveries
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and support internal meeting requests
- Maintain office organization, including stocking supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Assist with building access and guest check-in processes
- Support general administrative needs across the team
- Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and professional
Qualifications
- Previous office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
