Morgan Hunter is partnering with a well-established Kansas City organization to add an Office Assistant to its team. This newly created position will support a variety of office operations, customer service, and order entry responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general customer inquiries
- Support filing, data entry, and other day-to-day administrative tasks
- Learn and assist with customer order entry and processing
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service
- Cross-train across front desk, order entry, and office support functions
- Provide coverage for team members during vacations and absences
- Maintain accurate records and information within internal systems
- Assist with additional office projects and responsibilities as needed
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Flexible and comfortable shifting between different responsibilities throughout the day
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative team
