Position Summary:

The Office Administrator and Customer Service Specialist will support office operations and build customer relationships in a growing and exciting logistics environment! This is an opportunity for an individual eager to join a fast-paced environment and contribute to the day to day success of a local, Kansas City organization.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Office Manager to support all office operations
  • Manage phone calls, customer emails and all mail distribution
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Work directly with customers to build relationships and sure their needs are addressed
  • Process a high volume of customer orders
  • Set up new accounts in internal database
  • Maintain contact customer communication through order process until completion and delivery
  • Generate and distribute customer bills

Preferred qualifications:
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to work in the office Monday – Friday from 8: 00am – 5: 00pm
