Office Administrative Assistant
We’re partnering with a well-established company that’s looking for a polished, friendly, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of it all—greeting guests, supporting leadership, and helping create a welcoming, organized workplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients, guests, and team members with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route incoming calls, share information, and ensure smooth communication
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and leadership calendars
- Create polished presentation materials for client meetings and proposals
- Manage conference room bookings and maintain the master office calendar
- Plan company events and community involvement activities
- Keep common areas tidy and inviting (think reception and kitchen spaces)
- Handle mail, scan and file documents, and maintain digital records
- Support invoice entry and process detailed expense reports
- Coordinate catering for meetings and special events
- Provide proactive administrative support wherever it’s needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
