Job Description
Our client is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Engineer to support equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate, or an early career engineer, looking to gain hands on experience while working alongside experienced maintenance and engineering professionals.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including rotating equipment, processing equipment, and material handling systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues affecting production while helping improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage.
- Assist in developing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to support day to day plant operations and improve operational efficiency.
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects by providing technical input and hands on assistance.
- Participate in planning scheduled outages and major repair activities, including estimating labor, materials, tooling, and job duration.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Recent graduates and early career engineers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial equipment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with AutoCAD, CMMS software, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
