We have an EXCLUSIVE opening for a Market Sales President. This role is built for a sales leader who already has a seat at the table with local decision makers and knows how to turn trusted relationships into real revenue. If you have spent years building credibility with C Suite leaders across the KC metro, this is a rare opportunity to leverage that network in a high autonomy, high reward role.

This is not entry level. This is not volume driven selling. This is for someone who knows how to open doors, lead executive conversations, and close meaningful business without needing a playbook or constant oversight. You are comfortable in a room with high-net-worth individuals and can build quick and long-term rapport with them.

If you are currently earning, or are capable of earning, a $125k to $150k base with total YEAR ONE compensation in the $225k to $250k range, and you value reputation based selling over transactional work, this conversation will be worth your time.

This is a relationship driven sales role built for someone who already has credibility in the Kansas City business community.

We are searching for a polished proven sales executive who knows how to open doors at the C Suite level, build trust quickly, and turn long term relationships into consistent revenue. This is not transactional selling. This is consultative, strategic, and reputation-based work with senior decision makers across the KC metro.
