One of our clients is looking for an Insurance Administrator!
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Make outgoing calls to current customers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer policy change requests
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
- Review and input customer information in the computer
You will succeed in this job if:
- You have professional phone etiquette
- You have great customer service skills
- You have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- You have a friendly, positive demeanor and desire to be helpful
- You have prior insurance experience a plus
