- Salary: $90-100k plus 40% OTE Bonus
- 2-3+ years experience leading high performing teams in an inside sales or call center environment.
- Focus of the role will be to guide and lead an inside sales team of roughly 15 individuals
- This role will be less focused on developing strategy as it is about executing strategy
- Sales reps are managing a high volume (roughly 20-30 calls/day) longer sales cycle.
- Provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call for maximum conversion rates and outcomes
- Train, mentor and manage team on how to build relationships and educate families over the phone through the referral process while understanding each family’ s unique needs and referring to the appropriate customer communities.
- Manage performance of the team to maximize outcomes
- Achieve and exceed sales goals monthly to achieve company goals
- Prepare and report on market performance to Senior Leadership team as required
- Quarterly overnight travel required for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, with additional local travel to visit our community customers in the market
- Will require a flexible work schedule between the hours of 8am and 8pm, with night and weekend call requirements. Will additionally be required to work the last day of each month
