Tier 1 Help Desk Technician
On-Site (In Office 5 Days/Week)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to join our client's on-site support team. Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end users via in-person, phone, and email interactions

Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues

Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
-
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
-
Document support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system
-
Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 as needed
-
Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and ensure timely resolution of support requests

Contribute to continuous improvement of help desk processes and knowledge base articles
Qualifications:
-
Little to no prior IT support experience required—training provided

Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (O365)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Coursework or certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus
