Morgan Hunter is working with a valued client to help them identify candidates for a Principal Product Manager. As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging product innovation with business execution. You will lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, developing business use cases, conduct competitive research, and define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success. You’ll influence not just what this client builds, but why and how they bring it to market.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role offers visibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape the most mission-critical initiatives. This role is direct-hire and in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.


Mission:


  • Own and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our SaaS, DaaS, and survey service products –delivering impactful solutions that drive business value.

  • Champion the voice of the customer, transforming feedback, data, and research into product innovations and improved user experiences.

  • Drive products from concept to maturity, ensuring scalability, strong adoption, and market relevance at every stage of the lifecycle.

  • Lead GTM strategy –including financial modeling, KPI development, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Communicate up and out –aligning executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams around vision, priorities, and progress.


Qualifications that Set You Apart


  • Proven success owning a SaaS or DaaS product from inception through maturity.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a principal or lead role.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills—you bring clarity where there’s ambiguity.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and aligning product development with business strategy.

  • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with data-driven products or in the data analytics space.
