Job Description

Our client is a family-friendly company located in Johnson County and the HR Manager will stand alone in supporting US Operations. This role encompasses all aspects of human resources including benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, recruiting, and training. The ability to work well with executives and managers, coaching when necessary and serving as a liaison to employees is an important aspect of this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly payroll through ADP system including all staff allowances, benefits, and auditing requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal tax and legal requirements
  • Lead employee communications and training for all payroll, time reporting, and benefit processes/systems
  • Lead engagement annually with benefits brokers for company programs including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k programs and lead the annual enrollment process
  • Support the business by leading the recruitment process including posting open roles via agreed channels, initial candidate screenings, assessments, and final interviews/selection
  • Lead quarterly and annual performance management processes across the US business in partnership with the management team


Required:
  • Bachelor’ s degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior HR related role
  • 5 years previous experience developing and managing training and organizational development
