Total Rewards Manager
Shawnee, KS | Hybrid Schedule
We’re partnering with a well-established and steadily growing organization to hire a strategic Total Rewards Manager. This newly created position will play a critical role in shaping compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies during a time of growth and integration. With a blend of strategic ownership and team leadership, this is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who’s ready to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:

Own and evolve compensation strategy, including pay transparency, market analysis, salary structures, and year-end planning

Partner with leadership on executive compensation and compliance with evolving pay equity legislation

Lead the design and administration of bonus, incentive, and recognition programs
-
Oversee benefits planning and strategy in partnership with brokers and vendors, ensuring compliance and employee engagement

Provide strategic oversight of payroll operations in collaboration with payroll leadership

Lead and support two direct reports

Support integration efforts related to recent M&A activity and help scale total rewards programs as the company grows

Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership and peers to align total rewards with business goals
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree required;certifications such as CCP, CBP, or CEBS preferred

8–10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in compensation and benefits leadership

Experience managing and mentoring a team

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with HRIS systems

Clear communication style with the ability to influence and educate across all levels of the organization

Deep knowledge of compensation with some knowledge of benefits, payroll operations, and compliance requirements

Proven ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment
-
Experience working with third-party vendors and consultants on program design and compliance
