Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize core HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management system
- Ensure data integrity and usability across systems, while identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Manage system projects from planning through implementation;lead process improvements and roadmap development
- Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support business needs
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Support and coach one direct report and serve as a go-to resource for internal stakeholders
- Monitor ticketing systems and provide strategic input on user experience and platform enhancements
- Contribute to long-term planning, including future HRIS migration
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing HRIS platforms, with hands-on knowledge of HR tech systems
- Experience with Paycom, Greenhouse, and/or Lattice software a plus
- Prior involvement in HRIS implementation or system migration projects strongly preferred
- Skilled in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboard development (Power BI or similar experience a plus)
- Strong project management abilities and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to translate technical needs to non-technical audiences
- Experience supervising or mentoring team members
- Strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving, building processes, and partnering across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
