Job Description


We’re supporting a high-growth, national organization in their search for a Compensation Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to step into a collaborative HR environment and provide hands-on compensation support during a critical planning season. You’ll work closely with HR leadership, business partners, and internal stakeholders to manage and analyze compensation structures, ensure equity, and provide consultative guidance.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations based on internal equity and market trends

  • Maintain and update salary structures across multiple regions (U.S., Canada, and India)

  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to support job leveling, pay decisions, and compensation strategy

  • Participate in and help lead company-wide compensation processes, including annual merit reviews and incentive planning

  • Utilize compensation survey tools and reporting to support benchmarking and role alignment

  • Prepare detailed compensation reports and dashboards using Excel and HRIS tools

  • Serve as a resource for leaders and HR partners on compensation-related questions and strategy

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including documentation, training, and automation


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis and program administration

  • Experience managing salary structures and supporting annual compensation cycles

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, including FLSA and exemption classification

  • Comfort navigating conversations around pay strategy, internal equity, and benchmarking

  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced formulas required);familiarity with Power BI and Automate is a plus

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
