Our client, a growing Kansas City organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead and elevate their recruiting efforts across the business. This role will manage the full hiring lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership to strengthen recruiting strategy, improve processes, and build strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and enjoys balancing high-volume recruiting with strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time and part-time positions

  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements and develop compelling job postings

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles

  • Facilitate interview processes and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams

  • Extend offers and oversee pre-employment steps through completion

  • Track and analyze recruiting performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness

  • Represent the organization at recruiting events and strengthen community presence

  • Support internship programming and cultivate relationships with local educational institutions

  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and negotiate service agreements

  • Partner with HR leadership on onboarding initiatives and broader talent programs

  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within a corporate environment

  • Strong ability to manage the full recruitment process independently

  • Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
