Job Description
A large, nationally recognized organization experiencing continued expansion is seeking Talent Acquisition Specialists to support early-career hiring across multiple U.S. Regions on a contract basis. These roles partner with a collaborative TA team to manage campus engagement, internship hiring, and full-cycle recruiting for entry-level professional positions.

Responsibilities

Support early-career recruiting efforts for internship and entry-level roles

Assist with planning and execution of campus events and career fairs
-
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for new graduates and interns, ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience

Coordinate onboarding steps, housing stipends (if applicable), and pre-start communication
-
Work closely with hiring leaders to align on needs, timelines, and candidate movement
-
Review and assess candidates from campus events;schedule virtual interviews with leaders
-
Prepare hiring and acceptance reports and share updates with internal stakeholders

Contribute to strategy discussions around campus engagement and talent attraction

Provide guidance and support to student candidates who may be navigating the process for the first time

2+ years of recruiting experience preferred;campus or early-career experience a plus

Highly organized with strong follow-through

Proactive and able to anticipate next steps in the process

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students, hiring managers, and internal partners

Comfortable handling fast-paced, high-volume work with shifting priorities
-
Patient, supportive approach when working with early-career candidates

Ability to travel occasionally for campus or regional recruiting needs
